Membership Validity:

Maison Memberships are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Membership benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be extended beyond their validity period unless otherwise communicated by Maison.

Appointments & Bookings:

We recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Membership Benefits:

Membership privileges, complimentary services, and exclusive pricing vary by membership tier. Benefits are intended for the registered member only and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

Refund Policy:

All treatments, memberships, packages, and gift vouchers purchased at Maison are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any exceptions will be considered solely at Maison BeYou's  discretion.

Pricing & Changes:

Treatment prices, membership benefits, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. The pricing applicable at the time of booking will be honoured for confirmed appointments.

Health & Safety:

Clients are requested to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or ongoing treatments during their consultation. This allows our specialists to recommend treatments that are safe and appropriate for your individual needs.

General Terms:

Maison reserves the right to modify services, membership benefits, pricing, and studio policies at any time. By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment or membership, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
